Element451, our admissions marketing technology and CRM platform, empowers the personalization and automation of admissions communications and processes.
Essential Tasks:
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert across the organization, providing consultation and best practices for various CRM systems
- Work with clients to analyze business requirements and workflows for their student marketing initiatives
- Lead CRM platform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, create user training materials, and communicate updates
- Identify and recommend areas within the CRM that can be improved via automation and third-party tools
- Support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
- Implement innovative business and CRM trends to ensure campaign success
- Communicate insights, learnings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels across the organization in an effective way
- Help ensure information is integrated across marketing campaigns, optimized for specific delivery channels
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate.
- Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce, Slate, Element451 or similar CRM system
- Strategic thinking and problem solving with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
- Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow through.
The pay range for this position is $70,000-78,000/year with eligibility for staff bonus and full-time benefits; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
