Element451, our admissions marketing technology and CRM platform, empowers the personalization and automation of admissions communications and processes.

Essential Tasks:

• Assist the Finance Manager with project pricing and customer contracts
• Work with the Finance team to ensure project profitability and quality
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including financial models, under the guidance of the Finance Manager
• Responsible for customer onboarding and invoicing
• Build purchase orders and work with vendors to keep projects on track
• Help to optimize production processes, including documenting new ones
• Calculate and document employee commissions
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Up to 1 year of relevant professional experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality
• This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work
• Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

The pay range for this position is $45,000-50,000/year with a staff bonus and full-time benefits; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
