You Are:

• A bachelor’s degree holder in the area of accounting or finance
• Detail-oriented with a passion for continual process improvement
• Highly organized, with strong interpersonal, phone, writing, and computer skills
• Able to take initiative to complete projects and use good judgment to solve problems
• Adept at using Excel, Quickbooks and online project management programs
• Good at multitasking and prioritizing

What you’ll do in this role:

• Assist the Finance Manager with project pricing and customer contracts
• Be responsible for customer onboarding and invoicing
• Work with the Finance team to ensure project profitability and quality
• Build purchase orders and work with vendors to keep projects on track
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including financial models
• Help to production processes, including documenting new ones
• Calculate and document employee commissions
• Other duties as assigned

The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
