Essential Tasks:

• Serve as the internal liaison for the business development team, Spark451 senior leadership, and the internal marketing team.
• Assist the business development and strategy departments throughout the process of request for proposals (RFPs) and proposals
• Handling prospect management in PipeDrive and Element451 CRM instance while ensuring proper communication channels
• Updating business development OKRs using our goal tracking software, Viva Goals
• Stay abreast with industry trends and technologies
• Solicit various viewpoints on potential implementation solutions
• Share knowledge and insights
• Other duties as assigned by the Business Development department

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Familiarity with AI and ChatGPT
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills
• Have demonstrated a record of increasing and maintaining a high level of new student enrollment
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships fellow team members, employees, and management
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy
• This person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

The pay range for this position is $45,000-50,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
